FounderBridge is a connection and collaboration platform for startup founders. It is not a health, counselling, wellbeing, or crisis support service, and does not provide professional advice. If you need support of that kind, please contact a qualified provider or an appropriate external service.

1About these terms

These Participant Terms ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mollitiam Solutions (ABN 73 677 250 841) ("FounderBridge", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the FounderBridge platform and program (the "Service"). By applying to join, paying for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-platform notice). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

2What FounderBridge is, and is not

FounderBridge helps startup founders across Australia connect with peers, mentors, and small confidential circles, and discover founder-friendly spaces and events. It is a connectivity and collaboration platform.

FounderBridge is not a health, medical, counselling, psychological, wellbeing, or crisis service, and does not provide professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. Connections, mentors, delegates, and other participants are not acting as professional advisers, and nothing on the platform should be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3Eligibility and applications

To participate you must be at least 18 years old, be a startup founder (or otherwise meet our published eligibility criteria), and be able to enter a binding contract.

Access is by application. We review applications and may approve or decline any application at our discretion. Partner-referred applicants may receive a fast-tracked review. Approval is not guaranteed, and we are not obliged to give reasons for a decision.

4Fees, payment, and refunds

The current fee for founder participants is AUD $19 per month (or as otherwise published on our Join page). Accelerator partners and supporters are charged on the separate terms published there. Fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payment is taken when you submit your application. If your application is not approved, you will be fully refunded the amount charged at submission. If your application is approved, your payment activates your subscription and recurring monthly billing begins.

You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except for the application-rejection refund described above, fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law). If a payment lapses for more than 7 days, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Partner organisations may choose to cover the monthly fee for founders they refer, in which case those founders are billed to the partner rather than to the founder, on the terms agreed with that partner.

5Community guidelines and conduct

You agree to follow our community guidelines and to engage respectfully, honestly, and in good faith. You must not use the Service to harass, harm, defraud, spam, or solicit other participants; to seek deal flow or sales leads; or for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms or the guidelines.

6Confidentiality

Circles and peer connections rely on trust. Information shared by other participants in confidence, within circles, peer matches, or mentor conversations, should be kept confidential and not shared outside that setting without consent. This obligation does not extend to information that is already public, that you independently knew, or that you are required by law to disclose.

We are not able to guarantee that other participants will honour confidentiality, and we are not responsible for participants' conduct. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

7Matching, mentors, delegates, and spaces

We facilitate introductions and matches but do not guarantee the availability, suitability, conduct, qualifications, or outcomes of any peer, mentor, delegate, circle, event, or third-party space. Event delegates and founder-friendly spaces may be operated by third parties on their own terms; we are not responsible for those third parties.

8Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for your interactions with other participants. You agree to exercise your own judgement and ordinary caution when meeting or sharing information with people you connect with through the Service.

9Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, its content, and our branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your participation is active. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

10Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable Australian privacy law. Please review it to understand what we collect and how we use it.

11Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent we are permitted to limit our liability, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or refunding the fees you paid in the 12 months before the relevant claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, or content of other participants or third parties.

12Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or the community guidelines, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other participants. On termination, the licences granted to you end, though clauses intended to survive (including confidentiality, IP, and liability) continue to apply.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
