We collect only what we need to run FounderBridge, and we never sell your data or share it with outside advertisers. We may surface relevant programs and services from within the FounderBridge ecosystem, based on what you tell us. You can access, correct, or delete your information at any time.
Who we are
FounderBridge is operated by Mollitiam Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN TBD), based in Perth, Australia. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to Mollitiam Solutions.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to operate the platform:
- Your name and email address (required to create an account)
- Your founder stage, location region, and interests (from your application)
- Check-in responses and participation data (to improve the connections we propose)
- Payment status. We never store card details (handled entirely by Stripe)
- Usage logs and error reports (for debugging and security)
How we use it
- To propose relevant peer connections, mentors, and circles
- To send platform notifications and your magic-link sign-in emails
- To generate anonymised aggregate reports for the program team and partners
- To investigate reports of guideline violations
What we never do
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with outside advertisers.
We may use what you tell us, such as your founder stage, region and interests, to surface relevant programs, events and support services from within the FounderBridge ecosystem. This is to help you find what's useful, not to advertise on behalf of third parties, and your details are never handed over to them.
Who we share it with
We share data with third-party services only where necessary to operate the platform:
- Stripe handles payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform.
- Cloudflare provides hosting, CDN, and bot protection.
- Azure Communication Services sends our email notifications.
Partner visibility
Partners who refer you may see aggregate engagement data, your participation on the message boards, and your participation in partner-led circles. They cannot see individual conversation content or the details of your peer connections.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain de-identified usage data for program reporting purposes and delete personally identifiable data within 30 days of your request.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
