FounderBridge works because of trust. These guidelines keep it a place where founders, partners and supporters can be open, generous and honest. By joining, you agree to uphold them.
This community runs on people helping each other before they ask for anything back. Share intros, lessons and honest feedback freely. The more you give, the more the whole ecosystem is worth being part of.
Founders share things here they can't say publicly. What's said in a circle or a private conversation stays there. Never repeat, screenshot or forward something shared in confidence without permission.
Supporters and partners are welcome and valued, but the community is not a lead list. Build relationships, offer genuine help, and let the work speak. Cold pitching, spam and mass DMs are not on.
Direct feedback is a gift when it's offered with care. Critique ideas, not people. Skip the theatre, the humble-brags and the performative positivity. Real talk, kindly delivered, is the standard.
Treat every member with respect regardless of stage, background or sector. Harassment, discrimination, and personal attacks have no place here and will not be tolerated.
Honour the commitments you make, to your circle, to events you RSVP to, and to people who give you their time. If plans change, say so early. Reliability is how trust compounds.
We take this seriously but try to be fair. Depending on what's happened, we may reach out for a conversation, issue a warning, or remove someone from the community. Serious breaches, harassment, fraud, or anything that puts members at risk, can mean immediate removal.
If something doesn't feel right, tell us. You can report any concern confidentially and we'll look into it.
