Our commitment
Founder Bridge is a space for mutual support, honest conversation, and genuine connection between WA founders. These guidelines exist to protect that space, for everyone.
What we expect
- Confidentiality: What's shared in circles, buddy conversations, and mentoring relationships stays there unless the other person explicitly agrees otherwise.
- Respect: Disagreement is fine. Dismissal, mockery, and personal attacks are not.
- Honesty: Don't misrepresent your company, stage, or intentions when interacting with other founders or mentors.
- Reciprocity: Show up for your buddy and your circle with the same energy you want them to show up for you.
- Wellbeing first: If you're in distress, use the crisis resources. If you see someone struggling, reach out or flag it to the team.
What we don't allow
- Using the platform to solicit investment, sell products, or recruit without consent.
- Sharing confidential information disclosed by another member.
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.
- Misrepresenting your identity or company.
- Using platform relationships to circumvent Stripe or payment obligations.
Reporting and moderation
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, use the report function in the platform or email [email protected]. Reports are reviewed by the program team, not other members.
Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the platform depending on severity. Serious violations (harassment, misrepresentation, abuse of confidentiality) result in immediate removal.
Updates
These guidelines may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
